For years – my mother prepared  lunch, dinner and a variety of snack plates…topping cooked meats, fish,  poultry and tossed salads with a secret family recipe.  A recipe that  has been handed down for several generations. For several years, I  worked as a Chef and Manager for a famous Restaurateur. However, in  1981, I decided to open my own restaurant in Rochester, New York. It was  called Eddie’s Chicken Coop.

While trying to create a unique sauce for my own restaurant, my  mother in her loving manner, suggested that I try the secret family  recipe. After that, I began to use the secret sauce in my restaurant,  just as we had at home. It was an instant success! We all agreed that  this sauce was the Boss of all Sauces! From that beginning, Boss Sauce®  was born!
